Meet Dr. Kariya L. Jennings
PT, DPT!
Dr. Kariya Jennings is a pelvic floor physical therapist and birth doula, born and raised in the DMV area. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from Tennessee State University. Through evidence-based care and a holistic approach, Dr. Jennings provides personalized support that honors the connection between the mind, body, and overall well-being.
With a commitment to pelvic health across the lifespan, Dr. Jennings helps individuals of all genders address concerns including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic pain, muscle weakness or overactivity, prolapse, sexual health concerns, and core instability. As both a physical therapist and birth doula, she uniquely blends clinical expertise with compassionate guidance to support clients through pregnancy, postpartum recovery, life transitions, and beyond.
Through Doula Diligence, Dr. Jennings empowers clients with the knowledge, confidence, and tools to feel supported, strong, and connected to their bodies every step of the way.
